05. Carrier Arrangements

• All freight is transported by licensed third-party motor carriers selected by Large Transit.
• Risk and responsibility during transit are governed by the terms agreed with the assigned carrier.
• Any delays due to weather, permitting, road restrictions, or force majeure events are not the responsibility of Large Transit.

06. Payment Terms

• Invoices are due as per the agreed terms.
• Late payments may incur penalties or result in service suspension.
• All payments must be made in the agreed currency and method.

07. Cargo Insurance

• Cargo insurance is arranged through the assigned carrier unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We recommend all high-value or sensitive shipments confirm coverage before transit.

08. Liability Limitations

• As a broker, our liability is limited to our role in arranging transportation; liability for loss or damage in transit rests with the assigned carrier under the applicable bill of lading.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages unless caused by proven negligence or willful misconduct.

09. Intellectual Property

• All website content, logos, and branding elements are owned by Large Transit.
